Junior Sous Chef
We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
Applicants should have a minimum of five years total experience of which a significant amount should be at a similar quality establishment.
You will be expected to display a good knowledge of modern British cuisine and be able to demonstrate adequate skills to produce food of the standard expected at The Palmerston.
In addition we will expect punctuality and you will be required to work equally well on your own as in a team.
Salary is negotiable.

Bar & Waiting Staff
We are often looking for experienced Bar and Waiting staff.
We require a minimum of two years experience with a proven track record in catering and hospitality.
Responsibilities include, serving beverages and waiting on tables. You must be honest, punctual and flexible. You will be expected to offer a high standard of service in a relaxed and friendly environment.
